Refraction

Enter the spectacle prescription (vertex conversion is applied per principal meridian) or switch to an already-converted contact lens Rx.

Spherical workflow — sphere power only. Cylinder and axis are not used and no toric correction is calculated.

OD and OS K1 / K2 in dioptres or millimetres.

HVID, visible iris, and optional corneal diameter.

Tear film / ocular surface

A product-filtering preference — not a clinical classification.

Balanced filtering: material, oxygen transmissibility, water content, base curve, diameter, power availability and replacement schedule are weighted together.

Preferred lens parameters

Base curve and diameter are taken from each manufacturer's published options and fitting guidance. OptiX Pro deliberately applies no universal rule such as “K 43.50 → BC 8.60”, because soft lens base curve selection depends on lens design and manufacturer.

Analysis Results

Enter the prescription, keratometry, HVID and preferences, then tap Analyze candidate lenses. OptiX Pro converts the prescription, analyses the cornea, filters the database and reports which commercial parameters are actually available.

Clinical verification required

Important: parameter matching does not establish clinical fit. Contact lens movement, centration, coverage, comfort, tear film, corneal physiology, visual performance, over-refraction and manufacturer fitting guidance must be assessed clinically. Final lens selection, fitting assessment and clinical suitability require appropriate professional evaluation and on-eye verification.
